I realized now that it could be an Anthomyia sp., so I updated the title. It reminds me of A. confusanea, A. liturata, and A. monilis. But mainly liturata.

It is not any of those- the first two have slightly clouded cross veins, and monilis has the central scutal stripe continued onto scutellum. Sorry I can't suggest a species
