Ca n you help me with this one?
I photo yesterday, 13. 03.09, in the South West of Romania, Simian locality, Mehedinți County.
the vegetation nearby is composed mostly from Robinia pseudacacia, culture of Vitis vinifera.

This is a male Chironomid in the subfamily Chironominae. I doubt that anyone will be able to give any further id.
