Hi all,
I strongly suspect those are trichoceridae, but I don't remember seeing a species with those dark markings on the wings
Any suggestion ?

Thanks

Hello, Philippe,
I guess this is really the first appearance of this spotted-wing trichocerid on Diptera.info :) As currently there is only one normal European species with several spots on wings, I can confirm this is
Trichocera maculipennis Meigen, 1818. It is usually found in spring here in Lithuania and I guess Belgium shouldn't differ in this feature. There is actually a species complex of
maculipennis, yet nobody has inspected it closely enough.

P.S. Back in 1873 Loew described
Trichocera limpidipennis which should also have spotted wings, but I haven't seen any record of it except of the type specimen.
