Actually now I think this is more likely to be a Phaonia sp female.

Looks like..Phaonia trimaculata.
scutellum black spotted
Seems to have 2 pairs of sp.su.acrostichals
Crossveins infuscated

Could well be. I have never before observed the female of this species. But I saw a few males before. I try to dig out the images showing the males from the same location.
