This fly is from the Dinarian mountains, not the mediterranean shore.

Syntormon.

Scape of antenna with apicoventral tooth that votes for Dolichopodinae; legs and antenna seem entirely black; wing venation is rather typical of
Hercostomus (e.g.,
H. nigrilamellatus (Macquart,1827))
