In this case I´m not sure with Heleomyzidae.

Size: 7,9 mm
Malaise-trap (Specimen in Ethanol 70%)
25.02.-04.03.2009, Blaubeuren (Germany) montane deciduous forest.

Suillia sp. - a dorsal shot of mesonotum and scutellum is important !
