Hello
I found Yesterday the following fly and cannot give ID. Can someone help?

Found on a dry street slope near Frankfurt / Germany; size about 5mm.

I think this is a Anthomyiidae.

Joke, infuscated crossveins is rare character in Anthomyiidae, only Anthomyia liturata comes in mind. But it isn't that case. Most probably it is Helina reversio - both very common and very early fly.

I think Joke, and you Nikita with your first idea are right. I can see distinct rows of acr along the mid brown vitta, and dorsal setae on tibiae 2 and 3 seems rather strong, so I think A. liturata is not to rule out. Also, unpaired stripes on scutum speaks more for Anthomyiidae than for Phanoniinae.
