Pollenia sp male. I doubt it can be identified to species from this image.

If you see these golden hairs on the thorax, Pollenia is the right genus. Species names, however, can hardly be given to a photographed specimen.

I suspect not P. rudis, as the orbiculars appear to be touching. In P. rudis they should be clearly divided by the frontalia. I can't make a suggestion as to what species it might be instead though.
