The body lenght is 4 mm.
Vykleky, region Prerov, the Czech republic, found on 27.2.2009.

Heteromyza atricornis ot
Tephrochlamys rufiventris after all?

Really nice and a male ! but ... not from that point of view...
Did you collect it ?. I've try to see more in a graphic programme but I am still not sure about the genus level !

Andrzej: I didnt collect it. I made cut from this photo in big resolution and pasted here for better determination. I have only this picture.

Hi Miroslaw,
Look like a Tephrochlamys species ! but a dorsal shot would be important to ID to the species level !.
