is my estimation right? Any further ID-step possible by the picture? Hagen, NRW, Germany, alder marshland, 175msm, February 24th 2009

Right. Might be a Mycetophila.

Could it be Zygomyia semifusca (Meigen, 1818) (based on wing pattern only)?

Could be. The genus is close to Mycetophila.
