Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Heleomyzidae sp.?

Dear forum,

Yesterday in my garden I took these pictures of a just-emerged fly "pumping up" (what is the English expression for that activity?) his wings. The second photo was taken one and a half hour later. Is Heleomyzidae correct and can it be further identified from these pictures?

Yes it is !. Tephrochlamys sp.
