Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Sciomyzidae? -> Tetanocera sp.

Hello,

here I am not even sure with the family. I found this ~8mm fly in july near a small river in the austrian alps.

What fly is it?

Sciomyzidae is correct.

Thank you for your reply. I see that the Tetanocera species all look alike. So I think it will stay Tetanocera sp.
