Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Drosophilidae?

Hello,
Here is a tiny fly from our garden, seen on a summer evening. The photos are no good quality; however, the feathery arista is distinct. Combined with the red eyes, I would vote for Drosophilidae. Can this be confirmed?

sure it is a female drosophilidae fly. Maybe a Scaptomyza...

Looks like Scaptomyza pallida...Nikita and Paul ID'd ones for me last year, and will maybe confirm or otherwise this one.

It is pallida.
