Hello,
Could it be an Azelia sp. ?
Length about 5 mm
date: 7-2-2009
place: Bergen, on the wall, The Netherlands

Hallo Thijs,
Always difficult with these flies, but I think the subcosta is not diverging from R1 nare base, but further along.
I would go also for Azelia sp.

Azelia always avoid direct sun shine, it is another Muscidae

I think Nikita means, another genus whitin the family Muscidae.
Fanniidae is another family (as Anthomyiidae or Tachinidae or Tipulidae etc.) ;)
