Hello Forum,
is it a Diptera? Is a closer ID possible? Hagen, NRW, Germany, alder marshland, 175msm, February 6th 2009, about 3mm

No doubt, Chironomidae, male. Freshly emerged, its plumose antennae are not yet opened.
