Not Zophomyia - not black & shiny enough. The greenish colour is usually a sign of tachinids like Lypha dubia but I was wrong last time so I will not say for sure :)

The shine may be just an artifact of the macro flash. Unfortunately one needs to live with this with ring flashes.

Macquartia tenebricosa is always the next nearest thing to Zophomyia.
