This was a small black species.

The calyptrae are quite small so could be a Rhinophorid as well.

I don't think it is a Tachinidae.
First impression is a female Melanomyia nana

Yes, I think you could be right. I did not feel well with this one being either a Rhinophorid or a Tachinid. And it was small, so an aberrant Calliphorid is a good solution. I'll check this.
