Seems to be a Phasia sp.

From this angle the shine of the tergites is strage.

Looks like Phasia pusilla (agg. - ie. or barbifrons etc) - the abdomen is just dusted - dusting often shows up best when viewed from behind :)

Phasia subgenus Hyalomyia indeed, could be other than pusilla in Hungary.

Thx for the help for everyone with recent Tachinid threads. Does Phasia obesa belong to Phasia (Phasia) or other subgenus?

Phasia obesa is really in the genus Phasia (subgenus Phasia), according to Sun & Marshall, 2003 :)
