Hi, is this Anthomyia, or Delia maybe? Found in June, NE Hungary.

It's very difficult to place Anthomyiidae from a general photo, because many species look alike, and it is only the combination of small characters which would suggest the genus or even the species. These characters are not in focus, especially when the photo is taken in situ. One can make a better quess with photos taken from mounted specimens with a wide depth of field. I don't think it is an Anthomyia species (the greyish group), but whether it is Delia or Botanophila depends on the chaetotaxy, which is not visible. I can'teven see the arista clearly, which would tell me if it is Hylemyia or oother plumose aristal species. As it is a male the genitalia would iddentify the species.
