Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Fly from Hong Kong: water-skating fly

Found today on the surface of a small pool in a swampy area near seaside.
Length about 8mm.
Quite a number of them on the water surface that somehow looked like water skaters.
Can it be identified to family level?

I think Muscidae, Limnophora, Lispe? Other?
