Can anyone help to get an ID for this specie? I don't know much about diptera, so I can't go further, please help.

Great thanks, I bielive I'm more near than before.
I've found a specie named Poecilominettia ordinaria, in the family Lauxaniidae that have really strong similarities. Still, I don't think it's the same, but thanks to you I know the family, now. :D

I have never seen here the Poecilominettia ordinaria in diptera.info.
Beware that we cannot trust in many sites on diptera in the web... And in many cases we must see the genitalia to be sure about the species.

Lauxaniidae probably (!) yes, but nothink more. Poecilominettia ordinaria is nearctic species:(
