This is a fabulous fly. Stéphane... I know you know this (I will put a hard challenge soon ;). :) This challenge is for the newcomers and for those who are in diptera since about.. hmm... , we can say, one year... :) let's go. :D

LakeSide nice try. :) Myopa would have a conspicuous proboscis, one long and folded! :) Also they do not have a trinagular profile head.

And... Andrade is in the right track!!! Well done. :)
