Hi

* locality - Silgueiros - Viseu - PORTUGAL
* date - 2009.01.17
* size - 6 mm (medium fly)
* habitat - farmland
* substrate - on leaf of Citrus lemon


I think this is a male of Azelia cf. nebulosa...

I think it is Hebecnema vespertina.
