My first thought was Muscidae, but wing venetion suggested otherwise. Calliphoridae came to mind. I could be wrong of course. Wouldn't be the first time :)

Location: Wooden railing surrounding a pond (Helsingborg, Sweden)

you are right: frontalia is very small! So this is a female M. autumnalis
