This looks like
Calobata petronella
Family Micropezidae
But, as you know, better wait for comfirmation or correction from experts.

Thanks for that Lars, it does seem to match up to the photo in the Gallery, down to the brown patch with black surround on the (shoulder of ?) Thorax.
Excuse my terminology :|. It probably has a correct name.
