The picture is not really good for a determination, but I try it nevertheless. ;)
Found in middle germany, ~10mm

Certainly
Cylindromyia ... but all I can say is "not
brassicaria" because yours seems to have a posteroventral bristle on the hind tibia :D

and, much easier to see, discal setae present (absent in brassicaria)

Almost - blue is OK but green has a pair of marginals in there. Just remember that there are median marginals on each tergite and the ones anterior to them are median discals :)
