I'm not at all sure about the family. Can this fly be ID'd?

Size ~4 - 5 mm
In vegetation close to a forest path, 27 July 2008 (Helsingborg, Sweden)
Thank you!

Hi Lars.
Just going through the Gallery and came across Pic. of Tephritidae Acidia cognata, which doesn't look a lot different to this fly.I'll probably get shot down in flames..again.:|. I'm sure someone will point out the differences, but it doesn't hurt to enter an opinion, even if wrong.
Regards Roger

Hi Roger,
I took at look at A. cognata and you're right. It bares a striking resemblance to this one. I will adjust the title and see what develops.
Thanks for your help.

No doubt, Acidia cognata (though I was late), but U may consider it an expert's ID). :)

Even the Earth was shocked by this, as 1hour 22minutes after posting my determination we had an Earthquake up here, which was the first one in 100 years..so I think I'll stop doing them, don't want to tempt fate :|. I felt the Control Tower at Scatsta Airport shake and a low rumble, but at the time didn't realise what it was. My wife has just come in from work and told me it was on the Local News.
3.3 on R. Scale.
