Probably tribe Goniini ... maybe Gonia but there are other genera in the south. :)

Hmm, going by the Palearctic Manual) Spallanzania should have a yellow basicosta AND a fairly short 2nd aristomere, which I think rules that out. Pseudogonia would have dusting on the abdomen (this does) and the head is not red/yellow in ground colour. On this last point it seems to be OK (so I would tentatively call it Pseudogonia) but I notice that the frons is a little bit yellowish so I'd prefer Theo's comments on that before we attach a name to it ;)

Sorry, I was too lazy to look it up and moreover I went off skating.


It is Pseudogonia rufifrons.
I never can remember those Pseudogonia's by heart.
