Muhammad, it is Chrysomya, but I don't think Ch.albiceps - anterior spiracle dark and lower calypter also dark. Most probably it is female of Ch.megacephala, but you need real expert.

So the Ch.megacephala male has large red eyes and the female has small ones, right? Thanks
