I hope this will be a Camillid fly, but I can not rule out Drosophilidae. Can someone help and maybe identify this creature?

The pics may represent several individuals. They were photographed at a sapping oak tree, which attracted large number of these flies.

I still have to fight for my first Camillid fly. Does obscura group mean D. (Sophophora) or it is a subgroup of D. (s.)?

Paul, thx for your help in this and other recent threads.
