Is the fly below a Coenosia attenuata?
Lying on a Moringa branch, app 5mm long.
Thanks

This
Coenosia certainly belongs to the same group than
C. attenuata with appromiated antero-dorsal and antero-ventral bristles on hind tibia. I assume it is from Tanzania too, no ? In Europe I would have rather said
C. strigipes than
C. attenuata because of the entirely yellow legs (it seems to be a female), but if it is from Tanzania, it could well be something else...

C.strigipes is most common in Madagascar, for example.
I think you can put this name with very few doubts.
