I was fooled by the first picture, where there is not a clear sight on the first tarsal segment of leg three, and a seemingly bulging snout like Ephydridae have....

Thx for everyone. Clearly some aspects of the morphology suggested Sphaeroceridae, but the coloration and the jizz was somewhat Ephydridae-ish.
