From a aquarium filled whit ramdom soil (to see what flies wil develop)

Are they male + female Sciaridae...?
sice 2-3mm

Ohhh...
I thought I saw on the second photo a typical fork in the wing.. but Cecidomyiidae is a nice surprice!
