Found 10 aug (Dwarsgracht ,Neth.)

I see a strong pd en two orbitals, so I think a Phaonia..
Dark haltares (in Netherland two species of Phaonia whit dark haltares....P.halterata and P.atriceps)

P.halterata=female whitout frontal-orbitals (and on the second photo, you can see two interfrontals...?)
And sbsence of a pd seta near base.

Can I say....this one is a P.atriceps..?

Joke:)

From what I can see, I'd prefer Phaonia halterata (Ph. atriceps is more black, even for the face).
