Is this Conops flavipes or quadrifasciatus?

Could something be said about the very small fly in right corner in one of the pictures?

Photos from 9 august 2008 at Nattsjön 62,57N 17,36O Ångermanland, Sweden.

It seems to have a silver shimmer stripe, so it may be quadrifaciatus, though I think there are other Conops with this shimmer stripe?

ceriaeformis fits that as well, but has different shaped and coloured hind legs.

So I agree with quadrifasciata
