Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Empididae--->Empis ciliata versus Bibio marci male

i got two ID for this one and i can't remember where they come from ...

first is : Empis ciliata
second is : Rhamphomyia sp

which is the good one ?

the prey seemed to be Bibio marci ... ?

France, 50 km south from Paris. early april 2007.

Empis ciliata is. Prey is a male Bibio.
