I think it has to be Lucilia. My first impression was Neomyia too, but it has too many post sutural acr for Neomyia. I think it only has 3 post dc but it might have 4 (in which case it is a mystery). The metallic green on the top of the head you can see is fine for Lucilia, and it does not appear to extend to the occiput, which it would for Neomyia. Can't see the genae clearly enough to tell whether metallic or not. I think it is probably L illustris or caesar.
