Found 15 june Giethoorn (Netherlands)
Hind tibia whit pd
Interfrontals present
Hairs on arista not good visible
I think it could be P.gobertii, but I'm not convinced..

Hi Joke,
the frons bears a pair of proclinate orbital setae, so we can rule out all Phaoniinae. This fly must be in Azeliini tribe (Muscinae), I think it's something like
Thricops or
Hydrotaea.

Did not take notice of that..:@
When I see the " rows" of antero setae on hind tibia.....I would chose for Thricops.
I wil look further....
