Due to the lack of flies up here at the moment I'm stuck with dead stuff in the workshop at Scatsta Airport. This little thing is about 5mm in size. Enough of it left to indicate what it is/was?

Thank you Jan Willem and Theo, I have lots of photo's of these taken in the garden which (I think) were much larger
than this little specimen <5mm. Recycle bin I think....:|
