To which family does this belong? a sort a kind ?

A bit difficult to see the wing venation, but my guess would be Tachinidae. If you change the subject to "Tachinidae?", the specialist will certainly be able to tell you if this is correct.

Looks like a
Linnaemyia sp. but maybe Theo will cast more light on it :)

We can't see the femora, but should be L. vulpina, a female.
