Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Sphaeroceridae or Phoridae (?) from October

Hello!
Two 2-3 mm flies from 7th October at the light (northwest Germany). Both Sphaeroceridae? Or Phoridae?

upper one is definitely Sphaeroceridae: short and dilated hind basotarsomere, wing venation and just general habitus. Can't see details of the lower one, but this is not Phoridae.

Thanks, Mike! I'm meanwhile thinking, if #2 could perhaps be Drosophilidae (
Scaptomyza?).

First one could be a
Leptocera, second most likely is
S. pallida.
