Looks like a member of the Ephydridae to me, check the P-bristles, ephydrids don't have any.

I think it's one of the smaller Psilopa species, but the characters are not all shown clearly.

Thank you Tony. The fly is really very small and I don't have the photographic equipment to take better shots:(.
