Hi, found these in a forest, E-Hungary, this April. Can an ID be given?

I'd be inclined to say
Psilopa of the Ephydridae.

They look more like
Drosophila to me.

I also think they are neither Psilopa, nor Ephydridae.

I agree that they're not
Psilopa - the tergites are not big enough - in
Psilopa (and most other ephydrids) they extend well under the abdomen. The large expanse of white abdominal membrane certainly looks more drosophilid-like to me.

Well, I'd say that the bottom picture shows two setae curving over the face from the left side of the head. That does not look like
Drosophila.

Hi, nice to read so much from my flies:) I give some more pics, maybe they help. I have better equipment now, and I think I have 1 specimen at home, later I'll give way more detailed photos IF I do have 1 of them.

Than You Paul, on weekend I'll try to give better photos if I have a specimen at home. I'll pay attention to the fore tarsi.
