Feeding on the same yellow flowers as the previous one. Semiarid scrubland. 20 October 2008. 300 masl, Murcia, SE Spain. Aprox. 10-12 mm.

Looks interesting.
First impression is that of some Stomina.
For that, the arista should be at least slightly plumose.
Maybe you can check the original.

Unfortunatelly I did not get very close to the arista. I send a blow up so that you can see it. It seems that the top of the arista could be very slightly plumose. See for your self.

I think you mean the base of the arista, the hairs are 'clearly' present.

Hypothesis confirmed.

I did not want to be to optimistic. I have not found much about Stomina in the WEB.
żIs it not possible to ID to species level?

No. Difficult genus, really need the specimen to say more.
