Must be a Muscidae.
So change the title to Muscidae? and wait for those experts.

I can't see the necessary characters, but this head sounds like
Muscina prolapsa.

Thank you Stephane! I think I would agree after checking out the pic of a male in the Gallery. There is no female pic there, but mine are perhaps not good enough, these are all I managed to get. :P:D
