Found on a nettle in a small forest 12 June 2008 (Helsingborg, Sweden)

Anthomyiidae is correct, Hylemya or Hydrophoria.

I would say Miridae, Campyloneura virgula larva... :D

Lol! That is correct. Actually I didn't see that larva when I took the photo.
