Small very odd looking fly in leaf litter- about 3mm body length- taken today South Coast UK.
Any ideas ?

The spot character for the family is the short, fat hind metatarsus. Although the wing venation is not visible, this is probably an
Ischiolepta: they tend to be the scabby looking ones.
