Kerkini Mts: Greece 28/5/2008 boggy area near beech forest at 1485 m a.s.l This one looked very distinctive under the microscope, but I have less hope for the photos.

It is Anthomyia sp. Gordon: in the material you sent me from Kirkini, there were 5 species of Anthomyia, procellaris, pluvialis, confusanea, bazini, liturata. A. bazini is a rare one, but you can only identify it by examining the genitalia
