Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Scathophagidae ?

Think this is a scathophagid fly- 8.1mm body length - taken today South coast UK sitting on a rhododendron leaf in my garden.

Yes it is, correctly ID :), probably S. affinis (Meigen)
