Greetings!
This fly was found dead in a house in East-Hungary. What could it be?

So I am ready to finish the ID and make clear her systematic level and name of species.
It's not Eccoptomera :( but Oecothea !.
Oecothea fenestralis (Fall.)
Finally the character of mid tibia (spines in the midle part) was the answer of the genus name.

Thank you very much! I looked the species up in a book, it says that the species is also quite common in Hungary.
Best regards,
Walter
